Living Well Means Living Holistic
Living means being attentive to the notion that humans are body, mind, & spirit. Many are aware of such a concept, yet few have been able to live up to such a standard. Mountain Way Kung Fu taught at Dragon Arts Kung Fu & Natural Health in Omaha, Ne offers such a program.
/Nebraska News Articles/ - OMAHA, NE, April 19, 2007 - What does it mean to live a balanced life? Is it just a matter of work, eating good, and getting enough sleep? Not exactly. The aforementioned aspects of life are important but there is more to consider. We must consider and then examine what the potential theories of the make-up of our existence as a specie, in order to answer this question completely. We must ask and provide potential answers to some of the biggest question in the human experience. This we will do in two short paragraphs.
LIFE HAS ONLY THREE MAJOR DIVISIONS
Ask yourself, what it means to be human? Most will say that we have an impermanent body, a mind, and an eternal quality some call "spirit". If this a true representation, then to live a balanced life means to honor this triune existence in such a way that we "feed" ourselves with the correct amount and type of "food" specific to that "part". To nourish the body is to obviously eat & drink substances of quality, get good rest, and fine-tune the body through internal and external exercise. The mind is kept balanced through the appropriate amount of stimulation and times of quietude/meditation. The development of your mind should lead to experiences of a spiritual/eternal (many people believe in the spiritual concept but few can really define it or speak from personal experience) nature.
MODERN CULTURE DOES NOT HOW TO LIVE A BALANCED LIFE
Seems pretty simple wouldn't you say? Then why do so many people not have balanced lives that are saturated with happiness, peace, abundance, and so on? Because most lack the information and guidance to tie all the components together in a holistic and coherent fashion. If you were a student of a system called Mountain Way all this information would be at the tip of your finger tips. The environment for you to thrive in by learning this valuable way if life is already in place. No guess work. Just taking action and living better.
